During a typical 10 - 15-minute-consult with your own veterinarian important pet health questions may remain unanswered and this may cause frustration on your side on top of dealing with your sick pet:

As a worrying pet owner you would like to know why your pet is ill or sick, what exactly can be done, if there are alternative solutions and how you can help your pet to overcome a health condition.

Sometimes you just want to get information on a certain treatment, on advantages or disadvantages of conventional and alternative pet medicine, or only to get reassurance and veterinary help on decisions concerning your pet's health.
